All members of our staff are certified in good old fashioned Ozarks Hospitality. We want to help you with your DIALYSIS needs and assist you with any other needs, such as directions to our favorite restaurant, show or fishing hole. We pride ourselves on our family-like atmosphere. We are qualified and professional but with a lot of HEART. We want your DIALYSIS experience to be just as exceptional as the rest of your vacation experience.The outpatient DIALYSIS staff consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Patient Care Technicians and highly qualified Biomedical Technicians. We have a Social Worker,  Registered Dietitian that are always onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to provide social and nutritional support to all patients and to assist all patients with information about the many programs available to assist with their medical, emotional and financial needs.

Some of our locations have home DIALYSIS staff that are highly qualified, certified RN’s. With the help of their office assistant's, they provide the training and support for both the Home DIALYSIS (NxStage) and Peritoneal DIALYSIS patients. If you are a visiting home patient, they will coordinate with your home DIALYSIS nurse to make sure your visit to any of our locations include all backup and support you may require. Should you have a medical emergency and end up at the local hospital, our acute care team will be there to assist the physicians with handling your medical and DIALYSIS needs. We work closely with our physicians who are Board Certified Nephrologists and always on-call for patient emergencies.
